We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible
for providing technical support and assistance to our employees. This is a great opportunity for

Duties:
– Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to technical issues
– Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
– Set up and troubleshoot office equipment, including printers and scanners
– Assist with network administration tasks, such as firewall and VPN configuration
– Provide desktop support for Windows operating systems
– Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and upgrades
– Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and procedures
– Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed
– Assist with user training on software applications
Experience:
– Proven experience in a similar IT support role
– Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
– Proficient in Windows operating systems
– Familiarity with firewall and VPN configuration
– Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system is a plus
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
