As a Music Marketing and Promotions Coordinator , you will plays a crucial role in promoting and enhancing the visibility of Frugal Entertainment musical artists and their work. Here are some of your key responsibilities associated with this role:

  1. Developing Marketing Strategies:
    • Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote an artist or musical project.
    • Identify target audiences and demographics to tailor marketing strategies effectively.
  2. Online Presence Management:
    • Manage and enhance the artist’s online presence through social media platforms, official website, and other online channels.
    • Utilize digital marketing tools and techniques to maximize online visibility.
  3. Public Relations:
    • Cultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage for the artist.
    • Coordinate interviews, features, and reviews to generate positive press coverage.
  4. Promotional Materials:
    • Oversee the creation of promotional materials, such as press releases, bios, and promotional videos.
    • Ensure consistent branding across all promotional materials.
  5. Event Coordination:
    • Organize and coordinate events, such as album launches, promotional gigs, and tours.
    • Collaborate with venues and event organizers to maximize exposure.
  6. Collaboration with Record Labels and Management:
    • Work closely with record labels and artist management to align marketing strategies with broader career goals.
    • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure cohesive promotional efforts.
  7. Data Analysis:
    • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
    • Adjust strategies based on data insights to optimize promotional efforts.
  8. Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage budgets for marketing and promotional activities.
    • Allocate resources effectively to maximize impact.
  9. Networking:

Commission Structure:

  • Marketer: 35%
  • Label (Frugal Entertainment): 65%
