Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT consultancy landscape and possess the skills to design and implement effective marketing strategies. As a Marketing Consultant, you will collaborate with internal teams to create campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive growth. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-Marketing Strategy & Planning:
– Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the IT consultancy market.
– Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
– Define target audiences and create customer personas to guide marketing efforts.
– Campaign Development & Execution:
– Design, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, email, social media, and events.
– Create compelling content that resonates with target audiences, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and more.
– Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
– Brand Management & Positioning:
– Strengthen the company’s brand presence and reputation in the market.
– Develop key messaging and positioning statements that differentiate the company from competitors.
– Monitor brand perception and make recommendations for improvement.
– Lead Generation & Analytics:
– Implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients.
– Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other metrics.
– Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimise marketing efforts and ROI.
– Collaboration & Communication:
– Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
– Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
– Present marketing plans and results to stakeholders and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
– 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
– Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
– Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
